Having read other reviews we were a little apprehensive but I truly believe that it comes down to personal choice and experiences, we enjoyed staying ,yes the live music and noise was a bit loud but nothing that stopped us enjoying ourselves, food was great and staff were amazing, friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and the only thing we found that was an issue was that we couldn't get any cold water in the shower..it was either hot or hot the shower was spacious and nice.
Bottomless brunch was amazing we had great food including steak and lots of cocktails! Great value for money great service and amazing vibes Can't wait to return in a few weeks
The Staff are fantastic people really polite and hold a conversation well especially Ollie and the new starter, Also hire Great bands for entertainment would definitely stay again

Me and my partner love it here we have stayed multiple times over the last year. There is loud music till late over the weekend (if you don’t want this then this PUB venue isn’t for you). That is no reflection on the service from the staff. All the times we have been here we have always experienced great customer service from the staff. During busy summer we waited a while for food because it was busy and the staff were still amazing and the wait was so worth it ! During our most recent visit we never waited more than 20 minutes for food (wouldn’t expect to wait any less) and on the Sunday had their dinner which was lovely and great value for money. Ignore the bad reviews this place is amazing, if you don’t want loud music till late then their sister pub the Swan is a minute down the road !
